Snow Queen

My friend had posted up a picture of herself on her messenger and I fell in love with it. Her eyes and her whole gaze is just so mesmerizing. Each time I look at the original image it just makes me melt, and what's the opposite of melting/hot?? That's right, cold! I asked her if I could have it and use it for creating a deviation with it, and thus came about the Snow Queen. Hope all of you can enjoy it!

I made this using brushes, clouds filter, color balance and a mess of other effects and tools.
